A lifestyle blog for people who like to keep their options open.

I’m Adie and I’ve been blogging in some capacity since I was a young teenager writing fan fiction on LiveJournal. Don’t give me that look, we all did it. Now that I’m an adult (or so I’ve been told), I still blog and I still write fan fiction. Just not in the same place–you’re welcome.

Like most people, I’m a multifaceted person with many different hobbies and interests. I’m a writer, photographer, baker, student, witch. I spend my time reading, watching TV and movies, working on craft and home projects. I struggle with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I’m part of the LGBTQ community. I have two giant orange cats named after fatty acids. These are all parts of what makes me who I am.

When starting my blog, I didn’t want to limit myself to just one “niche” to blog about. That works for a lot of bloggers who are experts in their field and my hat is off to them. I’m not an expert in anything. I’m just a thirty-something so-called-adult trying to figure out my place in this crazy world.

So that’s what I blog about: My journey. My growth. The lessons I learn and the mistakes I make.

I’m here to share and connect and grow with those around me. From Adie, with Love focuses on a pretty broad range of topics, so I like to think there’s something here for everyone. I hope that you find that “something” that resonates with you and stick around. I’d love to know you.
